Can I update a e-label after it's been published?
Yes, you can update your e-label even after it has been published. Any modifications you make will be immediately visible to customers who scan the QR code, ensuring that they always have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information about your wine.
Do I need special software to create or print the e-labels?
No! You can use your preferred device, wether it's a phone, tablet or laptop to create your e-labels. You can then easily download the QR codes in the format your designer needs. Or better: invite them to join!
Is there a free trial available?
Better than a free trial, we offer a free tier that allows you to create and use up to 3 e-labels at no cost. This gives you the opportunity to explore our platform and its features without any commitment.
How do I export or download the e-label for printing?
With just a click of a button, you can export or download your e-label in the file format you need. For added convenience, you can also invite your designer to access your e-label and download the format that works best for them.
What file formats are available for the e-label export?
You can export the QR codes in SVG, EPS, PDF and PNG.
How do I get customer support if I need help?
We have a chat button on every page for your convenience. If you reach out during our opening hours, we'll respond to your chat within 2 hours. If it's outside those hours, your inquiry will be sent to us via email, and we'll respond as soon as possible. Our support is available in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
